If differing products from order are sent to you, please send us the RETURN FORM so that we can rectify the error as soon as possible. Please return the item(s) to us via PosLaju and we will re-send the correct item(s) to you. Send us your account number and we will reimburse you the return postage incurred.
The following conditions apply:-
♦ All exchanges or reimbursements must be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s). If fail to do so, exchanges and compensations are no longer valid.
♦ Item(s) for exchange must be in original condition. If tags or hygienic stickers are torn out of the garment, exchanges will be canceled and return delivery charges will be borned by you. Original differed item(s) can be sent back to you if delivery charges be paid by you.
